The data is showing a parity of movement between rates and inventory. The higher the rates, the higher the inventory. The part that we all neglect to see, we still have no inventory! A healthy, balanced market has historically has a 6 months supply of inventory. We are still in a Seller’s market. This lack of inventory has maintained price stability.
