Kris has been a Realtor in the Denver market since 2004. He moved from Southern California to attend the University of Colorado in Boulder and has been working professionally in the area since graduating in 1991 with a BS in Finance.
Kris’ philosophy is “a customer for life” and employs that with every client he has the privilege to work with. His clients typically have little free time so he puts in the time and effort on their relocation to the make the most of the time they do have available. He will be right beside you, whether the first house you step into feels like home or dozens of showings are needed to find your perfect match. Kris enjoys the process of helping clients and friends, new and old, and assisting in one of life’s more exciting transitions. Kris currently resides in Centennial with his wife and two kids, but works with clients in Boulder, Fort Collins, Castle Rock, Idaho Springs, and all areas in between.
